Little Diamonds (Baby Room)
Age Group: 6 weeks - 2 years
Staff Ratio: 1 staff member to 3 children
Our Little Diamonds room is designed to offer a safe, loving environment for our youngest children. The room is equipped with age-appropriate toys and activities that promote sensory exploration and early development.
Precious Gems (Waddler Room)
Age Group: 6 weeks - 2 years
Staff Ratio: 1 staff member to 3 children
In the Precious Gems room, we focus on the developmental milestones of waddlers who are beginning to explore their surroundings more actively. This room supports growing independence with interactive play and sensory activities tailored to their developmental stage.
Little Pebbles (Toddler Room)
Age Group: 2 - 3 years
Staff Ratio: 1 staff member to 5 children
The Little Pebbles room is designed for toddlers who are developing social skills and beginning to engage in more structured activities. With a focus on learning through play, children enjoy a range of activities that encourage creativity, language development, and physical coordination.
Super Stones (Pre-School Room)
Age Group: 3 years and up (including Pre-Pre and Pre-School)
Staff Ratio: 1 staff member to 8 children
Our Super Stones room caters to older children, including those in pre-pre and pre-school settings. This room supports a variety of learning experiences and provides wrap-around care to help prepare children for the transition to Primary School. Activities are designed to foster independence, social skills, and early literacy and numeracy.
Afterschool Care
Age Group: School-aged children
Staff Ratio: 1 staff member to 10 children
Hours: 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM
We also offer afterschool care for children attending Portstewart Primary School & St Colum’s Primary School. Our afterschool programme provides a safe and engaging environment with a range of activities to support children’s social and emotional needs after the school day.
